We serve our clients by providing high level coordination throughout the planning, designand construction phases of a project. The Project Manager shall assist the Client in defining the scope, budget and programme for the Project and shall manage and coordinate the work of any Lead Consultant, Other Consultants and Contractors so that the Project is completed to the Client’s requirements.
Our Engineers supply you with all services necessary to verify value for money in relation to requesting and receiving competitive bids, engaging a Contractor, and maintaining project and cost control during the construction stage.
Outstanding Engineering Consultancy and Project Management Services
Our Engineers and Project Managers will review designs, reports, methods and costs prepared by others, and using a pre-agreed communication protocol for giving and receiving feedback, provide the Client with a detailed Quality Report, Cost Options, Design and Construction alternatives, to ensure the project achieves highest quality, within Code, at the best possible cost.
Our Engineers will review the Client’s property to investigate areas around and within the building which are causing poor building performance such as cracks, vibration, deflection, water ingress, or any other issues identified by the Client. Based on this review, an Assessment Report (civil and structural report) on the building will be prepared to guide the Client’s decision making. Based on the findings of the investigations, our Engineers will prepare a Scope of Works for correcting the problems which has caused the building to perform poorly.
