Managing Director

Eric Lewis

Eric is a second generation engineer, and son of the company’s founder, Lauriston Lewis. He has served on the executive committee of the I.Struct.E Caribbean Regional Group, serving at various times as Committee Member, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Chairman.

Our Senior Engineer for Restoration Projects, Eric specialises in Assessment and Repair, having achieved a Distinction for his Post Graduate Research in the field of Structural Retrofitting. The background of this field of study is based on the process by which defects are assessed, recorded, valued and thereby repaired.

General Manager

Magarita Leonard

Margarita has been with the company for over 25 years, commencing her training under the direction of our Founder, Lauriston Lewis. She is a second generation Construction professional, daughter of Caribbean Renowned Quantity Surveyor Cleveland Leonard. She is a Fellow of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT) and has served as Honorary Secretary, President-Elect and then President of the Association.
Medina
Project Management Division Leader

Karen M. Medina

Karen is a second generation, Project Manager, who has worked with the company as an Associate on various projects over the course of 15 years. In 2019, she was appointed Project Management Division Lead.

Following on the foundation laid by her father Christopher Medina, Karen sees her work as building on family legacy, of ensuring quality construction, for all to live, work and play.

Engineering Division Leader

Brent Pascall

When Brent joined the company in 2006, he was no stranger to construction, as he was accustomed to visiting construction sites with his Grandfather, who himself was a Contractor.

Brent brings to our team over 15 years of experience which includes general draughting and structural detailing of Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Timber and Carbon Fibre, onsite supervision for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
